Outstanding place. The atmosphere inside is fun and inviting. A great place to sit with a laptop and get some things done. The bakery is plentiful and taste amazing. I highly recommend this morning coffee institution.
Coffee is very high quality which is reflected in the taste. Service was quick- we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks. Would recommend the baked goods as well, they’re fresh and well made.
Great coffee shop with wonderful atmosphere, drinks, and service. The wait is usually short, and the service is usually great. We have enjoyed coffees from here dozens of times and the only service issue we ever had was with the staff mistakenly making a decaf latte with fully caffeinated espresso beans. However, this only happened once, and they were happy to remake the drink. There is also a delicious local candy vendor here called J. Patrice, who sells wonderful, gourmet candies, including marzipan, chocolates, and fruit candies.
Overpriced food and coffee, average quality (depending on what you get, it may be below average) and slow service. Location is interesting… industrial area with many businesses around.
If you're a coffee conossier, you'll love this place. And even if you're like me, and need your coffee to taste like hot mocha ice cream, you'll still love it. I got a great peppermint mocha and the most beautiful Nutty Monkey Toast (with choco-hazelnut spread) this morning! Love their chai, too. And they've got a candy store inside, as well. Great for your caffeine fix and holiday shopping needs!!

For all of you coffee lovers out there that want the very best coffee, amazing food, excellent customer service and cool vibes all in one spot, then get to Zingerman's Coffee Company. Make sure you don't leave there with out ordering the TOAST. We ordered the Bulgarian and the Nutty Monkey. Both of them were delicious!! Love this place! GET SOME! They are located in Ann Arbor, MI. If you cannot make it there you can order their insane coffee from Zingerman's Mail Order.

For connoisseurs, can also choose the method your coffee is brewed. Zing Candy Manufactory is also located inside with a variety of confections.These delights are made by artisans in house, across the US & the world.
